I am from Michigan,I am being sued for an old loan. Past the statute of limitations. The answer to my affermative defenses was they claim I made a payment of 25.00 on or about june of 95. Which I honestly don't remember. Do they Have to show me this payment if I call and ask for it? Also, can I claim Bankruptcy on a judgment made against me for this old loan. O do I have to Claim Bankrupcy before the judgment?
