What is the name of your state? NV

May a judge place conditions for probation that are specifically designated for a particular felony by state law if the probationer was not convicted OF that felony? (i.e. "sexual offender" conditions for a person not convicted of a sexual offense?)

Depends on your situation. The judge has to follow state guidelines ranging from mininum to maxiuim in sentencing you. In other words, judge could give you the MAXIUIM sentence for that charge.
