i was divorced in georgia and had a support order issued here. my ex wife lives in tennessee. a few years ago i went to court in tennessee about visitation, at that time my child support was raised, but the judge said georgia still had jurisdiction over my childsupport. i am trying to get a modification and now georgia says they don't have jurisdiction that tennessee does. how do i find out which state actually has jurisdiction over my child support?
