What is the name of your state? MD

I will be going to court for custody/visitation. I have requested a custody evaluation. After the evaluation is complete do I need to take the same witnesses I provided to the evaluator into court with me, or is the evaluators report enough for the judge to make a fair decision?

I of course am not sure how it is in MD but here in my state this is how it is going.

I just had an evaluation. Some of my ex's references are a conflict of interest between him and I. What I mean is that some of his references don't like me because I wouldn't have a 4 some as couples. They disliked me since. Yet he put them down as references.

I asked my attorney about this and she said they will get a list of his witnesses he will use it court before we actually go to court, this way she can build a case around the witnesses. She said that you don't have to make the references come to court unless they want to.

Some of my references are different than some of my witnesses.

Hope this helps. Best of luck to you.
