What is the name of your state? NH

I have recently been able to obtain an 'unofficial' copy of the temp orders ( something new NH is trying out to get the orders viewed by the parties when they seem to be caught up in the system  ) Now while they won't actually be 'official' until they're made so and officially sent out, they have informed me that the support order part of it will go back to when the Judge signed it, which was within the week after the hearing.

Which is unfortunate for him because he is already almost 2 months in arrears.

My question is, since it was also put in the order that he is now responsible for 50% of all uninsured medical as well, will it go back to that date also ? Should I be saving any co-pay amounts and uninsured receipts dating back to the date that the judge signed off on them, and will I be able to get reimbursed for them by the court order ?

Thanks :)
