What is the name of your state? CA

Just filed Ch 13 last month.... basically... saved the cars (2 of'm) got rid of the cc debt and a lawsuit... Question is... is the cc debt thats gotten rid of considered income?

Will I have to pay taxes on it next year?

How long do I have to add things to the CH 13 BK? Got another creditor that sold the debt to someone else... now they are trying to collect.

No, debts discharged in bankruptcy are NOT filed as taxable income - you're insolvent.

You really don't need to amend your filing to include a new collection agency, as long as you included the original creditor. All you, or your lawyer, needs to do is notify the new CA that you are in Ch 13 and that they are violating the law by attempting to collect. Give them your attorney's name and contact info along with your case number and that should be the end of them.
