If your parents give you permission to move out, you may.

If your parents do not give you permission to move out, you may not.

It really is that simple. Until you are 18 (not 17 - 18) you live where your parents say you live.

Please include the name of your state. The age of majority is 19 in a couple of states. Thanks.

Depending on the state, Brianna may be able to leave home at 17 if she finishes school FIRST. But the state name is really important.
