Adjudicated by the judge for misdemeanor 245 a1 in late 02. Served probation and completed without issue with the annual review showing "Jurisdiction Terminated" . No other offenses to date and no further criminal history to speak of.

Is the way the prohibition works in regard to minors, ANY prohibiting misdemeanor triggers the ban that stays in effect till age 30? Or would i fall under the general 10 year ban?

Also the process of sealing my juvenile record, would this work to ones favor in regard to being a prohibited person?

I know it's late, so I hope I am the only one who finds this incomprehensible.
Hmm, it did append a question when i tried to create the thread i had left that and it was i guess just clutter, i removed that.

The actual question was the title but it got cut off just by a bit. My question with the information from the original post is

Juvenile 245 (a) 1 ADW No firearms/GBI Misdemeanor in CA Prohibited Persons ban Length?

Meaning i was Adjudicated for a P.C. 245 a1 in 2002, and i am wondering which ban i fall under. The 10 year prohibition for firearms or the "Banned till 30" aspect due to the adjudication while being a minor.

I hope thats a bit clearer
