What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana
My juvenile son has been accused of using post in a school restroom and there is no proof. I told school officials I was going to have a drug test done. Am I obliged to share the results of this test with the school. He has not been suspended for this, just a ISI for a lesser infraction.

You are not obligated to share anything with the school.

However, if you want your son's record cleared (and assuming that you have a proper, legal drug test done), then it might be in your best interests to do so.

I wouldn't jump the gun, though, until you get the results back. You may be surprised.
