Ohio. My name is Jamarr and i am 26 years old, i was recently denied my ccw because of my juvenile record and i am to pay off my juvenile fees of 1032.43 before i am able to get my juvenile records expunged, Should i be held accountable for those fees being that i was a minor and it is not legal to bind a minor to any form of contract..? Or is this some kind of different situation..? Please respond asap!!!!!

Dude! This isn't a "contract"...it's fees and fines for being arrested and either pleading guilty or being found guilty.

And the interest keeps getting tacked on. I'm surprised you didn't have a warrant out for your arrest

You are REALLY 26? My 9 year old can compose a better paragraph.

At your age you should know to contact the attorney the represented you at the time, or another for a fee, that will access your CRIMINAL RECORD, and know what LEGALLY you will need to do.
