Where did this occur?

If the child who was drug tested, they what authority did this "probation officer who is not his probation officer" claim to have in administering this test? Would the child have been subjected to some form of disciplinary action for failing to comply with the test?

What were the circumstances surrounding the testing of the child?

How do you know that the mother would not and did not consent to the test?

Why was the probation officer involved? Was junior under arrest at the time of the test?

Was the test taken by blood? By urine?

How old is the minor?
