my son was involved in a accident with another person. the other person who is 17 saw that the keys were left in a truck and preceeded to steal it.....my son got in the truck with him on down the road and then was asked if he wanted to drive the truck.....he said yes and then preceeded to wreck the truck. my son was treated as a juvenile as he is 16....what happens now? he was not detained..was released to his dad until further notice from the court.

What happens now is you go hire a lawyer right away. Riding in a stolen automobile is a serious charge.
