What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

So in June i was still 17, fresh out of high school and was pulled over with a lot of marijuana (6 oz's), scales, and a beer cap in my pocket (HORRIBLE habit).
Now, the officer searched me and found everything. I'm being charged with possession with intent to distribute, possession of alcohol, and failure to use a turn signal on Nov 12. My lawyer is really busy and quite frankly i don't even know what i should be asking him. It was my first offense so i should qualify for first offender status, but I really need to know what I'm looking at punishment wise before i lose my mind. What's going to happen to me? What can I do? The felony distribution will be expunged since I was 17, right? So if someone could tell me how this is going to play out I would really appreciate it. Thanks.:(
