What is the name of your state (only U.S. l Washington. My son is now 23,when he was 16 he was convicted of attemped arson,with out going thru all of the details, all I want to know is if he does not have a file with the washington state patrol,but it shows that he has a file with the Superior Court.Can it influence him getting emplyment if the records do not say what the crime was?

would he be filing an expungement?

depending on what employment he is applying for would depend on if it would matter.
