What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee

A few months ago me and my gf were caught together after curfew. I was only being charged with contributing to unruley behavior of a minor for truency. I was 19 and she was 15 at the time. She was interviewed by the DA and she made nothing but good statements about me not only of my character but that we have never had any sexual contact and that I have never made any sexual advances toward her. I was given the deal of 11/29 probation then it was to be wiped from my record. I continuted my relationship with her and now months later her father discovered that we were still together when he found a text message on her phone that had me telling her that I loved her. She then told her father that when she turned 18 that she was going to be with me. Her mother and father then took her to the DA and made her sign a written testimony that we had had sex 6 times. I have now been indited of 6 counts of statutory rape in the state of Tennessee. I payed 50,000 bond to get out of jail. I currently have myspace messages from her admitting that her father made her lie to the district attorney because he had made threats to kill me. I have given these to my attorney. Her parents found out about the messages by logging into her myspace and saw in her sent messages that she has said this to me and has made her tell the DA that I hacked into her myspace and said them to myself. I also have screenshots of her saying that when they left the DA's office that she told her mother that "you have made me take away the only person that has ever really loved me". She wants to contact the DA and tell him that her parents made her say what she said and that it was a lie but she is scared of facing perjury charges and if so she wants to know what the punishment could be. She was 15 when she signed the testimony she gave to the DA. She is now 16 and I am 20. I still wish to continue my relationship with her whether I can actually see her or not. Id really prefer not to do it from jail.

You have NO RIGHT to continue a relationship with her. She is a child. Until she is 18 she is under the control of her parents. YOU need to stay away from her.

The child molestor might just get that opportunity if the DA and parents have anything to do with it;)
