The juvenile was convicted of attempted aggravated assault in the state of Ohio. The assault was sexual in nature. He has now planned to go to college. What careers are not going to be available to him? Will this stay on his record, even though he was a juvenile when the incident occurred? His record should be expunged soon.

If it's expunged he'll be okay. But what is open to him really depends on his subsequent conduct. Life frequently doesn't give 3rd chances.
