Texas My sister is 20 now and has 4 tickets from 2004-2007 totaling a little more than 1000 for the group she is trying to join the navy and this is stopping her. is there any way to get them throw out if it was my mothers fault they have not been taken care of

The court really doesn't care why they haven't been paid, it just cares that they haven't been paid, and these are your sister's tickets, not her mother's. It is also your sister that is trying to join the Navy, not her mother.

Your sister is responsible for these tickets and she is responsible for seeing to it that they get paid. If she has some kind of arrangement with her mother to get them paid, that's between them. The court doesn't care about that, and neither does the US Navy.
