I would like some advice my daughter was placed in A juvenile detention center for criminal tresspass and while there the master had placed her on 24 hour care because she was suicidel she was waiting for them to place her in A rehab for 8 months to 1 year so while on an outting there were 8 kids the workers took to A buffet at A college the two workers left the kids to go get there food my daughter and another girl decided to run my daughter was gone for almost 2 months they had just found her A week ago while on the run my daughter did not in any way try to harm herself and the public defender they gave us for the criminal tresspass hearing just sit ther and did not do anything so when I went to the hearing for the escape I asked them for another public defender they said that I had to keep the one I have because them were the only 2 they had.So I am stuck with this guy please help me I dont want my daughter to go away for such along time I am the only parent this child has got and who really cares I dont believe she needs to go for that length of time and she has not yet been sentenced for the escape charges yet I can not afford my own lawyer so my hands are tied my daughter told me she hates that detention center very much you have to wear other peoples underwear and socks and shirts you are not allowed to have your own please help me .My daughters hearing for her escape charge is on 4/17/oo please give me some quick advice on what I should do thank you.
