it is perfectly legal for your friend to spend the night with you.

what i'm going to assume you are really asking...(forgive the assumption) is for you to have sex with your little friend.

after some very quick googling that involved the words "age of consent Arkansas" came up with the age of consent of 16.

sleeping under the same roof is not illegal. but keep in mind, under the age of 18, parents rules.

if both parents agree....then it is okay. if one parent diagrees, that parent could sue the other parent in court for allowing such a thing to happen. which may or may not be successful.

Sorry; it may be legal but that doesn't mean it's a smart idea. If your father is concerned, there's a reason for it. And what do HER parents think of your attempts to play house with their minor daughter?

Just because you couldn't get charged with statutory rape, or whatever your state calls it, doesn't mean there are nothing at all that you could be charged with. And that goes for your father, too.

Your father should be concerned.

Here's the problem. Your GF SAYS her parent's are OK with it, but that may actually not be true. She may have told them that she's having a slumber party with her girlfriends.

But even if her parents say they're OK with it now, that doesn't mean they won't change their minds later - and take action. They could make your life (and your father's) miserable for interfering with their custody. You could both find yourself with restraining orders - which means you might never see the girl again. It could also interfere with employment prospects.

And, seriously? You should be spending time on getting a decent education rather than getting into your GF's pants. 'juvinal' is not a word. 'their' is not correct the way you used it. 'whom' is used incorrectly. 'which' should not be used to refer to a person. Questions should end with a question mark. And so on.

Why not treat this girl like the first class, beautiful lady she is and refrain from sexual activity until she is old enough to have some perspective in life?
