my child is about to turn 7,when she was born i gave the biological father visitation rights, and he was ordered to pay $108.00 a month he is about $4000.00 behind and has never seen her.im afraid to push for the money he owes because he has said that he will try to see her just because he has to pay not because he cares about her.i dont want him turning her life around its not fair to her after this long but it is hard for me i have always been a single parent and the little bit of money would help.is there any way i can get the child soupport without him getting to see her just for spite??

Virtually every bio parent has a right to visitation with their child. It may be short, it may be supervised.. but if he wants visitation, then he can generally get it via a court order.

Sometimes you have to give something up for another...If you want things to remain the same you will have to sacrifise the $. $100/month is not a lot of money at all..If you absolutely need the money be prepared for some changes..Very sad that he doesn't see the child..Sometimes it's best..sometimes it's not..you have to make a choice..but know what the possibilities are before you decide to act..Good luck! :)

If later on HE decides to pursue visitation, THEN go after him for back support.. and an increase since I am sure things have changed.

Good luck...
