Hi all! Been a while since I was around (over a year?) so glad to be back. I am a landlord in Ohio and know all about OHIO LL?tenant laws, however, just yesterday I was talking to a LL in Kentucky, who was complaining about having to give his tenant a 30 day notice before he can evict (cause; non-payment of rent and violation of lease). Is this true? In Ohio, we give a 3 day notice!
