 I recently bought a Gun Store in Kentucky. The local city is trying to charge me a fee of $150.00 for regulation. The city ordinances cannot supersede state law, which states that no city, county or urban-county government may occupy any part of the field of regulation of the transfer, ownership, possession, carrying or transportaion of firearms, ammunition or components of firearms or combination thereof. How do I make the city understand this? I really need some advice here. thanks
