What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California.
Me and my wife are tenants and both of us signed on the contract.
Her mother is living with us, but not signed on the contract. We want to get rid LEGALLY of this mean and aggressive woman. We talked with her but she refuse to leave.
What can we do legally?
Thank you.

You will have to evict her. Check into the laws and make sure you follow them. Failure to follow them can be very costly and seriously delay the eviction.

some localities have renters laws in addition to the state laws.
