I am 21 years of age presently living in Ohio. My girlfriend is 17 and presently living in Tn. Her family does not approve of us so when she turns 18 in June she is running away. Is there anyway I can get her here with me sooner and if not, can she come here legally when she turns 18.

if she turns 18, then she is legally an adult and can do what she wants to. her parents will have no say in the matter.

In Tennessee, the age of majority is 18, and state statutes do not give any other provisions for emancipation before that age. You will have to wait until she is 18 and then she may do what she pleases with her life.
