ok so im not with my sons father i work he doesnt he doesnt give money or see them. i wont let my kids go over his house which is his mother and fathers house cuz they all smoke weed and sell weed and do many more inappropriate things in front of them. i told her they can see them in my home. she is threatening to take me to court what are her rights?

Standing to sue isn't a guarantee of a win. If dad lives with grandma and hasn't established his own rights, that is even less of a guarantee for grandma to win.
