What is the name of your state? Tennessee

Wife is living with her boyfriend which we both have two minor children. I do not want our children living with her boyfriend. We haven't been divorced yet which is bothering me. I do not want our children to be with her boyfriend. Is there a way for me to do this to claim a full custody on kids or not? From what I understood was that if wife moved in with boyfriend before divorce is final while our kids are living there is a result of full custody to me.

Thanks, Tom

You certainly have every right to try for primary custody (you have little to no chance of getting full, judges rarely award that to any parent these days).

However it is not correct that the fact that she lives with her boyfriend automatically means that you will recieve primary custody. With some judges it might give you an edge, with other judges it might not.
