I have been served a subpeona to answer to a debt in court. However, the person suing me knowingly provided incorrect information in the subpeona. She said that she is in possession of a promissory note signed by me and that we had agreed upon a certain amount and payment amount. All of this is false and she knows it. I never signed an agreement. Is there any law that would prosecute her for lying to the court in the subpeona?

My response:

Since you are in the litigation process, please post this to the litigation board.

Thanks.
