What is the name of your state?California
I couldnt find the appropriate message board. But this is the closest to my problem. I work as an EMT at a small non-union company in sothern california, we work 24 hour shifts starting at 7am and ending the next morning at 7am in one of the more busy areas of the State. Recently the company owners decided that we arent allowed to get meals after 6pm unless we are coming back from a call, but we are still denied meals at any point in the day regardless of call volume... I was curious if this is something they are able to do legally or not. Any help would be appreciated...
thank you
