my family owns a small business in texas. they manufacture welded agriculture products and ship them nationwide. a program they have is to allow payments on products with a monthly charge, with a down payment. This is written in a contract that was "meagerly" prepared by an attorney. The question is: how do we collect on customers who fail to pay after making only one or two payments? Remember these products are sold nationwide.

My response:

You either turn the debt over to a collection agency, or you have your company attorney commence a lawsuit.
