What is the name of your state? TX
How can I, or my bank, check my credit history without raising any eyebrows with the collectors. The SOL is 4 years, so I have been laying low, but I would like to see when they went to charge-off. BTW, is that when the 4 year clock starts?

Thanks

If YOU pull your credit, it should only be a soft inquiry and would not be 'seen' by CA's or creditors. I'd also OPT-OUT of all 3 CRA's before you pull your reports, this prevents them from selling your info to anybody, including scum-sucking low-life CA's who PAY for their 'service' that tells on you.

SOL starts with the delinquency prior to charge-off - when you last paid and never again brought the account current. I'm not sure if TX also uses 'last activity'.
