Lake Drain Easement

I live in Michigan on a lake. There is a drain easement next to my property. Neighbors are using the easement to access the lake and park their boat. They end up on my property alot since it is maintained and the easement is not. What are easement rules? Can I stop them?

You can stop them from going onto your property. Whoever owns the easement has control over that area.
