Bought a new home in Riverside, California. Have had several problems with the home that we have filed in writing to the developer, we get a song and dance, 1 item may be taken care of, but the rest of the list keeps getting pushed. Each week, we have new additions to the list, which is now growing. Aside from these problems, we have purchased blinds from the developer's design center, paid for everything up front as required. 1st problem, we paid for them to measure each window because each home supposedly is different. We scheduled the install, they had to cancel because they were missing parts, after they finally installed, 1 large window was missing. No one can confirm that the measurer noticed it (we ordered the entire house to have coverings). Now 3 weeks later, we were scheduled for an install, they "lost our appointment", resched for Saturday, they last minute, can't make it, resched for Monday, with a specific time - 9 a.m. still no one. What legal recourse do we have. We keep taking time off work to wait for these people.
