What is the name of your state? Maryland

My husband and I married in October 2004, we sent in our forms January 2005, we have received our reciepts dated Feb 8 2005, so we are now waiting for my S/S card, workers permit etc. Which i know should be 90 days or less right? The problem is my husband wants to move to Oklahoma to finish school, I would move with him, but how is this going to affect our application. If we move should i wait to receive my workers permit, can i work any were in the United States? Do we have to refile, or just inform them of our move? Will it delay our application. My husband is a born american I am from England, came legaly met my husband overstayed married. We are still in the thinking stage of moving but our greatest concern is my application and how it will be affected/delayed etc. Could you advise me Lana of the difference in laws, or anyone who has done this; of the affects it could have.

Thank you.
