Is it possible to get land that you signed the deed over to someone else back if it was done when threats were made about being disowned, and disinherited?

If you signed this contract under duress, then it could be found to be invalid. I think this is most probably a jury question unless you have strong proof of the threats--someone there, someone else he threatened, etc. I think you might want to run the facts by a real estate attorney to see if he or she believes that the contract can be overturned.
