What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I sold a house in AZ on a land contract that was signed by both parties, as of october 4th the buyer has been in default for non payment, the contract states that he has 90 days from the date payment was due to return the house as of jan 4th his 90 days are up. He refuses to pay and says the house is his because he filed a quick claim deed. I live in florida now and dont want to have to go to arizona to resolve this. Does anyone know what my options are and how i can get my house back?

There is no such thing as a Quick claim deed. Did he have any deed SIGNED by YOU? One cannot deed out a different person's interest. You should check the REgister of Deed's office for any fraudulant documents.

I'd suggest an attorney. They need to notify him in accordance with the Land Contract terms of the default, and take action to enforce the default provisions and then remove him. Did you send any proper notice to him that he was in default?
