I live in West Virginia. I have a land contract agreement not written by a lawyer and was notarized. There was also a verbal agreement. The contract states that the purchaser must maintain upkeep and maintenance on the property and they are taking out all the inside bedroom walls changing it from a 3 bedroom mobil home to a one bedroom mobil home. They must maintain insurance and took a long time to get it and I have recieved notices from the insurance co that they were in default, but have since payed. The contract states that if they miss 3 consecutive payments in a row the property reverts back to my ownership. They have been late on 3 payments in a row. They are to pay by the 15 th of the month and pay the 19th of the month. The short contract does not state that if something is breached the property reverts to rental property. Is there anything I can do to get my property back before it is completely distroyed? My husband is disabled and I do not work. Please help, I have already filed the wrong papers once and can't afford to keep doing that. is there anything I can do?
