Land Contract/Rent to Own

My husband and I are interested in entering into a Land Contract or "Rent to Own". Is there any difference and what are the pro's and con's of these situations? Also what would this entail to enter into one of these?

This is the poor people's way of getting ripped off.

IF you cant afford it you can lose all the money you put into it, REDNECKS CAN BE NASTY, EVIL,, VICIOUS low lifes if you are even ONE day late with your payment!

So forget about it....work 2 jobs each, and save your money for a REAL DOWN PAYMENT.

And DONT GET PREGNANT!
