We sold our moblie home land copntract to a lady who rarely pays, or when she does it is not on time, or includes the late fees. We still hold the title to the home, do we foreclose or evict her? Do we have to go to court to do this, I f our contract is clear in saying if she violates the contract she must move out in 30 days. We have ammended the contract for her, given her many alternative options, and she still fails to comply with any terms she agrees to. the home is in Michigan
