there is a fence between the property line,I have a neighbor that is telling me that the fence is her fence and 20 feet beyond the fence in my yard is hers too.the landlord tells me that the neighbor owns 16 feet beyond the fence in my yard,I was very upset when the neighbor put 2 iron bars about 20 feet in my yard past the fence,I worked 3 jobs to pay for the survey of my land and found out that she and my landlord was wrong by 13 feet(in favor of me)But she does own the fence by 1/2 foot.It costed me $400.00 to have it surveyed and i want her to pay for half--Can I do that?
She has also sprayed the fence full of dumb words(on my side of the fence, and now she wants me to pay for her fence that a lawn mower has caused but if she cared bout the fence so much then why spray it with paint? Is this harrassment?

I guess I am a little confused. Is this YOUR property or are you leasing??? If you are leasing, why did YOU pay for the survey and not the property owner???

In any case, to answer your questions:
Q1) "It costed me $400.00 to have it surveyed and i want her to pay for half--Can I do that?"
A1) You can certainly ask for her to share the cost (and get a copy of the survey), but she is under NO obligation to do so.

Q2) "She has also sprayed the fence full of dumb words(on my side of the fence,"
A2) Where is the fence in relation to the 'real' property line??? If the fence is ENTIRELY on her property, she can do what she wants with her fence.... even the side that faces toward you. You can also build a fence on YOUR side of the property line to block your view of her painted fence.

Q3) "and now she wants me to pay for her fence that a lawn mower has caused"
A3) What damage and who did it?? If it was caused by you (or your 'agent') then you MIGHT be responsible for the damage.

Q4) "Is this harrassment?"
A4) No. This appears to be an honest dispute that needs to be resolved.
