What is the name of your state?floridaYes we first move on this land thinking it was our land..that's what my uncle told my grandma 25 years ago....
When my grandma moved here 25 years ago her uncle told her that this was hr land..it was not surveyed..after she pass away..come to find out that her land is futher back and we were living on his land all alone..paying taxes on her land that w never lived on...now they want us to pa them rent to stay on the land....Can they do that? Do we have any rights?
Plus when my grandma passed she had no will and the land still in her name...How can I get it my name or her daughter my mother..she pay all the taxes every year...?
