land lady took car bought with social security funds

ex-landlady had sheriff take car under writ of execution
but car and payment are being made with social security disability money
now disabaled family can't get to doctors . family includes 2 heart patients and all 4 have numerous disabilities

I have been told that they must give car back because of how it is being bought
Includes disabled child
I have filed a " Motion to Quash " based on social security disability income
court is scheduled for circuit court/ div. 45/ st louis county on January 26 th

Quit Honestly, I don't know if that would be true.

You stated, the car was bought. Meaning it is now property .

The Plaintiff can now go after your Property ( assets ).

The plaintiff could NOT go after Direct Deposit SS checks or bank account ( portion ) so noted as being from SS.

Maybe if you can show that is your sole income , and the auto was paid for from those monies, you might recover the cost .
