In the state of Mo. what is the procedure for getting easement or rightaway in landlocked property. No private individual wants to give easement but would possibly sell some. Remainder surrounding land is U.S. Government Forest Service Land. Can private individuals place whatever value they desire on land? Must this be decided in court?

Wow, it can get complicated when you have to deal with the government. They can have values set for these kind of things. Do you know anyone who has tried to get an easement from the Forest Service? Contact the bar association in your county to find a lawyer who deals with government land issues.
