Hi,
I have a lot in NC that has an HOA. The company I purchased it from was sold to a new company. Do I have the right to opt out if it is not included in my title, even if I signed an agreement with the original land company that sold the lot to me?

Thank you for your help!

Any where in any of your documentation does it say that the HOA cannot be transfered by the developer to another developer ? ( I would suggest use of a atty to review all the docs and title to your lot if your not able to locate the answer your self so this way you make no mistakes like some day building or doing something that is a violation of the rules)

**A: you really need to review all your docs first.
