Is there a law in Ohio that allows a person rights to property if they have been maintaining it? If so, how many years do they have to maintain it in order to have any rights to it?

Call a real estate attorney listed in your yellow pages and ask him/her if you have a case for adverse possession. Don't get your hopes up -- it's very hard to win.
