there is a non buildable property adjoining my own that was purchased back in the 1930's by someone not living in our area.
a neighbor says they put a lein on the property since they have been using/cutting the grass for this property form many years.
the owner of the property has contacted me and asked me to make an offer to buy the property and i may want to make an offer.
i have not told the neighbor of this.
can someone put a lein on property they are caring for?
please advise me on how to proceed...Thanks!
