I talked to the owner about 6years ago and he said that he didn't want to sell i could use the property but couldn't build anything on it and there was no price said and said that he was going to build something on the lots when the sewer and water comes in and they change the law on the size of the lost that you can build on. also the lot is 60x 100 and you have to have 100 x 100 to build and i hope i explained it right that i only have about 10x 60 of it fenced in. well the sewer and water came in about 2 years ago and the county law is still the same also we are a township that is not incoparated and governed by the county. also i could join the property with mine fore property taxes
thank you for your reply.
