i was wondering we have been takeing car of the lot behind uor house for about 6 years now . cutting ,cleaning it,what is our next step to claming squatters rights on this lot,

keep doing the same thing for another 24 years and hope the owner doesn't take 10 minutes out if his schedule in that ensuing 24 years to say: get off my land.
