What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

An eviction case is open.....summons has been delivered**************if the landlord accepts full payment of past due and current rent does that mean the eviction must start over?

Typically if a tenant pays all past rent due AND any late fees AND any filing fees (if this has reached the court system) AND the landlord accepts this the eviction does not go forward.

If a hearing has been set up it still be a good idea to attend this and show proof that all owe monies have been paid AND accepted by the landlord.
