What is the name of your state? i live in arizona. the house i live in is being foreclosed on. i have received a copy of the hud exhibit i, the hud tenant letter and i have confirmed with the foreclosure attorney that there is a sale date. would this be considered legal misconduct by the landlord? can i move?

the lease ends december 31, 2002. the foreclosure sale is august 7, 2002.

**A: Once again nonoma does not understand the issues of fact and the applicable laws.
In this thread, there will be a foreclosure sale and the writer is the tenant. The lease issue does not matter because even if there is a fixed lease, the Court will give power to the foreclosure Trustee to terminate the lease and give the tenant notice to vacate at any time before any lease term is up.
So the most important questions are:
1. Who is the foreclosure Trustee?
2. When do you need to move out?

Did you pay this months rent?

Can you get the lawyer to agree to use your security for this month or next months rent?
