az, 900 dollars per mo. landlord notifed me 4 days before move in that ower skiped town, house was never prepared for my move in, landlord did not find me new rental, needed to move now, on vacation in other state, i found place for 25 dollars more a month, 150 less sq ft, 250 sq ft less storage, am sueing for loss of benefit of the deal, damages due to loss of sq ft and increased rent. what statues should i base my case on, best remedies, court precident, the interrogatories were answered 3 weeks late and are not true. believe landlord did not act in good faith, property not real available for rent, how should i go about this, they are using a lawyer and if i lose i may have to pay they costs. need direction
